Happy New Year, everyone!

Starting a new year always fills me with a sense of hope. There is something beautiful about watching friends and loved ones rest and reset, looking ahead to blank pages and wondering about the stories we will write with one another. I've been thinking about the moments that truly stick with us, the ones that feel effortless but are filled with meaning. The unexpected conversation that lingers in our minds for a few days. The quiet comfort of knowing you belong somewhere.

Those moments shouldn't feel as grand or rare as they often do. I have found that they are simply the result of us choosing to show up for one another.

What if life felt like that all the time? Not just during the holidays or when we are reminded to gather, but as part of our everyday rhythm. What if community wasn't something we squeezed in but something we prioritized?

At MOTH, we've spent the past year sitting with these questions, imagining what's possible. We've been working to build something that helps people discover the spaces, stories, and people that make them feel at home, no matter where they are. Beyond that, we've been figuring out how to inspire a way of living that reminds us what it means to belong—not just to a place, but to each other.

But this year, 2025, is different. We realize that it's time to move from imagining to creating, from ideation to activation. I've gotten very excited thinking about what society will look like when we begin to celebrate community, curiosity, empathy, and authenticity, not in fleeting ways, but as a way of life. That's been MOTH's vision, and we don't just want to talk about it anymore. We want to show you.

Over the next few months, we will begin to roll out our offerings. We have laid the groundwork for our first campaign, connected with several business partners, finalized our website, and set plans in motion for the road ahead.

To those who have been asking how you can help, stay tuned. We will need your feedback and support as we shape something truly meaningful together.

This is just the beginning.
